We provide shipping within India and to multiple locations outside India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.
In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.
Further, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.

Please see below a list of the shipping charges that may be levied on your order placed with us, basis the delivery location and preferred mode of payment:
- Shipping Charges for Delivery Within India
- We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders above ₹998. For orders (both prepaid and otherwise) with a total amount less than ₹998, we charge a nominal fee of ₹100 towards the shipping and handling charges.
- The option to pay for your order at the time of delivery (“Cash on Delivery”) is available only in selected pin codes within India, and is subject to the order value cap of ₹20,000.
- Please note that an additional charge of ₹100 is levied for Cash on Delivery payment orders.
- Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India
- We provide free shipping to international locations for all prepaid orders above USD 200. For orders with a total amount less than USD 200, we charge a nominal fee of ₹1000 (approximately USD 14) towards the shipping and handling charges.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to international locations outside India.

Our Dispatch Policy
Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments
Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and the same shall be borne by you. Please note that Mamta Madan. Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actual. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.mamtamadan.com website you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, your credit/exchange would be processed.
Please note
1) Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
2) Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products are delivered without tags.
3) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as muslin bags, should be included with your return
4) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
5) No Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
6) We do not exchange Cosmetics, Masks, Swimwear and Jewellery because of Hygiene reasons.
7) Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon or delivered later than stated delivery date.

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.
In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods in India, at any of our flagship stores/An address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner Bluedart, within 90 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer.
