Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days for:

• Style change

If the replacement product is unavailable:

• Customers may choose another item of the same value, or
• Pay the difference for a higher-value product.

4. Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are issued only in case of wrong product or defective product received.
• For other eligible returns, store credit will be provided.
