If you wish to modify your order details, including:

• Delivery address
• Phone number

"Order Number + Revised Information"

Requests for modifications can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped.

4. Reverse Pickup and Return Shipping

Reverse pickup services may be:

• Arranged by Mamta Madan, subject to service availability; or
• The customer may be required to ship the product to the return address provided by our support team after return approval.

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Further processing of refunds, exchanges, or replacements will proceed only after successful verification of the returned item.
